- In 1956, Shri Bhanjibhai Parshottambhai Gondhiya, a respected and visionary professional, founded Kishore and Company in Gondal. At a time when formal accounting and tax services were rare in smaller towns, he created a trusted firm that supported local traders, businessmen, and professionals.
- His son, Shri Dilipkumar Bhanjibhai Gondhiya, joined the practice and carried it forward with distinction. Under his guidance, Kishore and Company became a pillar of ethical tax advisory in the region.
- In 2018, the legacy entered its third generation when Meet Dilipkumar Gondhiya joined KISHORE AND CO. | Advisors –Taxes & Finance, to revolutionise it into a modern firm built on traditional values but equipped to handle the evolving needs of today's clients.
